Set Card Limit

1. What is Set Card Limit?

Set Card Limit feature allows you to set your personal daily allowable limit for your debit card, including ATM Cash Withdrawal, Purchase, and Contactless transactions.

2. How can I change my debit card limit?

  • Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” > select “Cards” > tap on the card you want to set > tap ”Manage” > tap “Set Card Limit”.

  • Go to AmOnline web > click “Debit Cards” > click on the card you want to set > click “Settings” > click “Set Card Limit”.

3. Can I edit multiple limits at one time?

Yes, you can edit multiple limits at one time. Simply tap edit on another card limit after editing a particular card limit.

4. What is the maximum allowable limit for each type of debit card transaction?
Transaction Type Maximum Limit
ATM Cash Withdrawal Limit RM5,000.00
Debit Card Purchase Limit RM10,000.00
Debit Card Contactless Limit RM1,000.00
5. What should I do if I need to spend more than my daily limit?

For security reasons, you can only transact up to the maximum daily limit set for your debit card. If you need to make a payment that exceeds this limit, please visit our nearest branch to complete the transaction.
