Show/Hide Account ​​

1. What is “Show on AmOnline”?
“Show on AmOnline” allows the flexibility for you to show/hide accounts that are viewable in AmOnline.
2. How do I hide my account in AmOnline?
Go to AmOnline app > select “Account” > swipe left to “Investment” > tap on your preferred Bond/Sukuk account > tap on “Manage” > change the toggle of “Show on AmOnline”.
3. I am not able to see my Bond/Sukuk account in AmOnline. Why?

Your account may have been hidden. 

4. How can I show a hidden account in AmOnline?
To unhide, go to AmOnline app > tap “More” > tap “Account & Card Settings” > tap “Investment Settings” > at Hidden Accounts section, swipe and tap “Show” to unhide.

Change Account Nickname ​​

5. What is the purpose of changing account nickname?
By default, AmOnline will show the accounts type name on the dashboard. Changing the name displayed to your preferred name allows you to identify your account easily.
E.G: My Sukuk Account; Bond Account Joint with wife
6. How can I personalize my account nickname in AmOnline?
Go to AmOnline app > select “Account” > swipe left to “Investment” > tap on your preferred Bond/Sukuk account > tap “Manage” > tap “Change Account Nickname” and enter your personalised nickname.
7. If I personalised account nickname of my joint account, will the joint account holder see the same nickname at his/her online banking?
No, only you will see your personalised nickname. The joint account holder needs to personalise his/her own nickname.
