View Portfolio Summary ​​

1. Where can I view my Structured Products Portfolio summary?
Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” > swipe left to “Investment” > tap your Structured Products account > scroll down to “My Portfolio”.
2. What is the information available on AmOnline?

You can view details of any Structured Products that you have already subscribed with AmBank or AmBank Islamic. Below is the information displayed.

  • Tranche Reference
  • Indicative Market Value
  • Underlying Reference
  • Subscription amount
  • Mark-to-market valuation
  • Mark-to-market valuation date
  • Trade Date
  • Maturity Date
  • Joint account holder names (only available to the primary holder of the Structured Products account)
3. I have a joint Structured Products account but I cannot see the joint account holder names. Why?
If you are not the primary account holder, you will not be able to view the names of the other joint account holders.
4. Can I download my portfolio summary?
Yes. Tap on the download icon in your Structured Products account details page and it will be downloaded into a PDF.
5. Can I search for my Structured Products in portfolio summary?
Yes, you can search by Tranche Reference.
6. Who can I contact if I have any queries on my Structured Products displayed in AmOnline or any general query regarding Structured Products?

7. How do I know who is my servicing Relationship Manager?

8. Can I view the transaction history for my Structured Products?
No. Please contact your servicing Relationship Manager for this.
9. Can I get more information on Structured Products via AmOnline?
No. You can only view information listed above for the Structured Products that you have already subscribed with AmBank or AmBank Islamic. For further info, please contact your servicing Relationship Manager.
10. I have foreign currency Structured Products but my total investment for my Structured Products account is displayed in Malaysian ringgit (MYR). What conversion rate is used to calculate the MYR equivalent amount?
The prevailing counter rate
