Replace Card
Replace Card feature allows you to request for a new card replacement if your current card is damaged or faulty.
Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” > select “Cards” > tap on the card you want to replace > tap “Manage” > tap “Replace this Card”.
Go to AmOnline web > click “Debit Cards” > click on the card you want to replace > click “Settings” > click “Replace this Card”.
Yes, a fee of RM12 will be charged to your replacement card.
Your new debit card will be delivered to your current residential address within 5 working days.
You should activate your new debit card as soon as you receive it to start using it. Refer to “Activate Card” FAQ for details.
No. Once you have confirmed the card replacement, your current card will be blocked and can no longer be used.
You will need to visit the nearest branch to request a replacement for your new debit card.
