Change Card PIN
1. What is PIN?
PIN is a 6-digits Personal Identification Number, is a secret code that is set up by cardholders to prove they are the rightful owner of the debit card. Your PIN must always be kept a secret and never shared to anyone inclusive immediate family members.
2. How can I change my debit card PIN?
From 22 September 2024 onwards, AmOnline no longer supports “Change Debit Card PIN” feature. If you wish to change your debit card PIN, please do it via ATM at your nearest branch.
3. What can I do if I have forgotten my debit card PIN?
You will need to visit the nearest branch to get a replacement card. Debit card replacement fee of RM12 is applicable.
