View Portfolio Summary ​​

1. Where can I view my Bonds / Sukuk Portfolio summary?
Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” > swipe left to “Investment” > tap your Bonds / Sukuk account > scroll down to “My Portfolio”.
2. What is the information available on AmOnline?

You can view details of any Bond or Sukuk that you have already subscribed to with AmBank or AmBank Islamic. Below is the information displayed.

  • Bond / Sukuk Name 
  • Indicative Market Value 
  • Nominal Amount 
  • Indicative Mark-to-market Price 
  • Mark-to-market Price Date 
  • Joint account holder names (only available to the primary holder of the Bond/Sukuk)
3. I have a joint Bond/Sukuk but I cannot see the joint account holder names. Why?
If you are not the primary account holder, you will not be able to view the names of the other joint account holders.
4. Can I download my portfolio summary?
Yes. Tap on the download icon in your Bond / Sukuk account details page and it will be downloaded into a PDF.
5. Can I search for my Bond/Sukuk in portfolio summary?
Yes, you can search by the Bond/Sukuk name.
6. Who can I contact if I have any queries on my Bonds/Sukuk displayed in AmOnline or any general query regarding Bonds/Sukuk?

7. How do I know who is my servicing Relationship Manager?

8. Can I view the transaction history for my Bond/Sukuk?
No. Please contact your servicing Relationship Manager for this.
9. Can I get more information on Bond/Sukuk via AmOnline?
No. You can only view information listed above for the Bond/Sukuk that you have already subscribed to with AmBank or AmBank Islamic. For further info, please contact your servicing Relationship Manager.
10. I have foreign currency Bond/Sukuk but my total investment for my Bond/Sukuk account is displayed in Malaysian ringgit (MYR). What conversion rate is used to calculate the MYR equivalent amount?
