Renew Card

1. What is Renew Card?

Renew Card feature allows you to renew your debit card easily through AmOnline when it is about to expire or has already expired without visiting a branch.

2. How can I renew my card?

  • Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” > select “Cards” > tap on the card you want to renew > tap the yellow box to renew your card.

  • Go to AmOnline web > click “Debit Cards” > click on the card you want to renew.

3. Will I receive a new card after renewing my existing card?

Yes, a new card will be issued and delivered to you.

4. Will I get charged for my renewed card?

No, this service is free of charge.

5. How soon can I get my renewed card?

Your new debit card will be delivered to your current residential address within 5 working days.

6. What should I do after receiving my renewed card?

You should activate your new debit card as soon as you receive it to continue using it. Refer to “Activate Card ” FAQ for details.

7. Can I still use my current card before activating the renewed card?

Yes, you can still use your current card as long as it is still active.

8. The application shows my card renewal request is unsuccessful. What should I do now?

In this case, you are advised to visit the nearest branch for assistance.
