PIN is a 6-digits Personal Identification Number, is a secret code that is set up by cardholders to prove they are the rightful owner of the credit card. Your PIN must always be kept a secret and never shared to anyone inclusive immediate family members.

Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” > select “Cards” > tap on the card you want to change the card PIN > tap “Manage” > tap “Change Card PIN”.

Yes, you can use the new PIN immediately.
