Block Card

1. What is Block Card?​

Block Card feature allows you to block card immediately if you noticed suspicious transaction on your debit card or you have lost your debit card.  Your debit card will be blocked immediately after confirmation.  

 

2. How can I block my card?

  • Go to AmOnline app > tap “Kill Switch” > select “Block Debit or Credit Card” > tap on the card you want to block.  

  • Go to AmOnline app > tap “Account” > select “Cards” > tap on the card you want to block > tap “Manage” > tap “Block This Card”. 

  • Go to AmOnline web > click “Settings” > at “Sign-in & Security” > click “Block My Debit Card” > click on the card you want to block. 

  • Go to AmOnline web > click “Debit Cards” > click on the card you want to block > click “Settings” > click “Block This Card”.  

 

3. Will I get a replacement card after I blocked my current card?

Unfortunately, you are required to visit the nearest branch to replace your card. However, this function will be available in AmOnline very soon!
