  1. The Promotion is open to all new and existing individual customers only.
  2. The Promotion is available for Fresh Funds placements made over the counter only at any of the Bank’s branches in Malaysia during the Promotion Period.
  3. The placements of FD and XAU shall be made concurrently during the Promotion Period, the Combined Amount must be maintained for six (6) months.
  4. Upon the maturity of FD, the FD rate will be renewed at the prevailing board rate.
  5. This campaign is only applicable for fresh funds only.
  6. In the event the Customer wishes to uplift any part of the Combined amount from the FD or XAU account before the completion of the Tenure, a complete upliftment of the balance in the FD or XAU account must be performed. Partial withdrawal of the FD or XAU account before the completion of tenure is not allowed and the Customer will not enjoy the promotional rate.
  7. Eligible Customer must perform XAU placement in the Bank's prescribed unit increments of 0.01 oz, resulting in the nearest achievable transaction value based on the Bank's prevailing XAU selling price at the time of transaction. The Bank's determination of the qualifying XAU quantity, transaction value and eligibility for the Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding.
