Revision of Specific Terms and Conditions for AmBank SIGNATURE Priority Banking (“AmSPB”)

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that with effect from Saturday, 1 August 2026, the Specific Terms and Conditions (T&C) for AmBank SIGNATURE Priority Banking (AmSPB) will be revised as follows:

Definitions and Interpretation
Primary Assets Under Management or Primary AUM” means the total aggregate of primary account balances in Deposits and/or Investment products with the Bank.
Definitions and Interpretation

Primary Assets Under Management or Primary AUM” means the total aggregate of primary account balances in Deposits and/or Investment, and/or Premium/Contribution of Bancassurance/Bancatakaful products that is in force, held with the Bank.

Bancassurance/Bancatakaful” means Conventional life insurance/Islamic family takaful products (excluding Credit Life) held with the Bank by the AmSPB member at any time and from time to time.

Premium/Contribution” means the amount paid by the insured/covered to buy/subscribe to the insurance policy/takaful certificate. Annual Premium/Contribution amount is recognised in full for regular Premium/Contribution plan, whereas single Premium/Contribution plan will be recognised for one (1) year.

Harap maklum bahawa berkuat kuasa mulai Sabtu, 1 Ogos 2026, Terma dan Syarat Khusus (T&S) untuk Perbankan Prioriti SIGNATURE AmBank akan disemak semula seperti yang berikut:

Definisi dan Tafsiran
“Aset Utama Di Bawah Pengurusan atau AUM Utama” bermaksud jumlah agregat baki akaun utama dalam Deposit dan/atau produk Pelaburan dengan Bank.
Definisi dan Tafsiran

Aset Utama Di Bawah Pengurusan atau AUM Utama” bermaksud jumlah agregat baki akaun utama dalam Deposit dan/atau Pelaburan, dan/atau Premium/Caruman produk Bankasurans/Bancatakaful yang berkuat kuasa, dipegang dengan Bank.

Bankasurans/Bankatakaful” bermaksud produk insurans hayat Konvensional/takaful keluarga Islamik (tidak termasuk Kredit Hayat) yang dipegang dengan Bank oleh Ahli AmSPB pada bila-bila masa dan dari semasa ke semasa.

Premium/Caruman” bermaksud amaun yang dibayar oleh orang yang diinsuranskan/dilindungi untuk membeli/melanggan polisi insurans/sijil takaful. Amaun Premium/Caruman tahunan diiktiraf dengan penuh untuk pelan Premium/Caruman nalar, manakala pelan Premium/Caruman tunggal akan diiktiraf untuk satu (1) tahun.

9.7 Untuk sebarang bantuan dan/atau maklum balas, Ahli AmSPB boleh menghubungi Pengurus Perhubungan masing-masing atau Pusat Panggilan Perbankan Prioriti SIGNATURE AmBank Bank di +603-2178 6600 (Isnin – Ahad, 7.00 a.m. hingga 11.00 p.m.) atau e-mel kepada customercare@ambankgroup.com.
