• Immigration Fast-Track Services (For AmBank SIGNATURE Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card-i only)

Long queues at immigration counters will be an inconvenience you will never have to put up with again. Your AmBank SIGNATURE Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card-i Immigration Fast-Track Services helps you eliminate the unnecessary delay that comes with clearing immigration. This fee-paying service which you enjoy discounts on published rates will have you met at the aerobridge of the designated airport and escorted through immigration for these priority services as detailed in the table.

Booking must be made at least seventy two (72) hours prior to commencement of travel. Programme is valid for a limited time only.

• Travel Protection of up to Ringgit Malaysia Two Million (RM2,000,000)

As a premium class traveller, you appreciate the need for travel protection with an extensive coverage. You will be pleased to note that charging your travel tickets to your AmBank SIGNATURE Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card-i makes you eligible for automatic travel protection of up to Ringgit Malaysia Two Million (RM2,000,000). Your spouse and children from the age of 5 years to 17 years travelling with you are similarly protected

In addition to protection on your life, your travel coverage also covers:

Missed Flight Connections

In the event you miss a connecting flight as a result of a delay on your incoming flight and there are no alternative flights within four (4) hours, your hotel accommodation and meals charged to your card will be indemnified up to Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand and Five Hundred (RM1,500). Your spouse and children, if with you, are also eligible for a combined claim of up to Ringgit Malaysia Two Thousand and Four Hundred (RM2,400).

Delayed Flights

If you experience more than a six (6) hour delay on your scheduled flight, you enjoy indemnity for hotel accommodation and meals charged to your card of up to Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand and Five Hundred (RM1,500) and up to a combined limit of Ringgit Malaysia Two Thousand and Four Hundred (RM2,400) for your spouse and children joining you on the trip.

Delayed Luggage

If your checked-in luggage is delayed and does not arrive for more than 6 hours after your arrival, you, your spouse and children will be indemnified for purchase of essential clothing and personal requisites charged to your card for a combined limit of up to Ringgit Malaysia Eight Thousand (RM8,000).

Loss of Luggage

In the circumstances you do not receive delivery of your checked-in luggage within 48 hours of your arrival at your destination, the luggage is deemed lost. You will be indemnified for up to a combined limit of Ringgit Malaysia Twelve Thousand (RM12,000) to cover you, your spouse’s and children’s purchase of essential clothing and personal requisites charged to your card within five (5) days of your arrival.

In the event your Card is lost or stolen; please inform us as soon as it happens. Reporting the loss or theft of your Card immediately exempts you of any new unauthorised charges made on the Card.

To minimise the risk of fraudulent transactions especially when using your Card online, we have enhanced protection on your Card through our online usage security feature AmBank 3D Secure. No registration is required and it is FREE!

• Travel Protection
