How to Ensure Successful FPX transfer
- Ensure Customer’s Name in AmBank / AmOnline is the same as the Customer’s Name in the 3rd Party Bank.
- Funds must be transferred from a Single Holder Account. Transferring from a Joint Account will not be successful.
To help you understand this, please refer to the scenario below:
- Steven Tan is the primary account holder in AmBank.
- Fitri Binti Aziz is the secondary account holder in AmBank.
- Steven Tan / Fitri Binti Aziz wishes to place an eFD/eTD-i via FPX.
Below table shows the possible situation for the FPX transaction.
(A) Situation where Steven Tan (primary account holder in AmBank) logins to AmOnline to make an eFD/eTD-i placement via FPX:
