Your account is inactive or dormant
Your account has become inactive or dormant because you have not login to AmOnline for more than 3 months or 12 months for the latter. Please contact the Contact Centre for assistance.
If you find your accounts missing when you log in, you need to contact our Contact Center at 03-2178 8888.
