1. How do I login AmOnline via Desktop or Mobile Browser?
    ii . Key in your AmOnline username and password at the left side of the page.

2. Why I can’t login to my AmOnline? What should I do?


Forgot Username or Password
You can refer to “FAQ-Profile Maintenance-I’ve forgotten my Username/Password, what should I do?”

Your account is inactive or dormant
Your account has become inactive or dormant because you have not login to AmOnline for more than 3 months or 12 months for the latter. Please contact the Contact Centre for assistance.

3. My accounts are missing, what should I do?

If you find your accounts missing when you log in, you need to contact our Contact Center at 03-2178 8888.

4. It’s not showing my profile after I logged in, what should I do?

You can check on the account summary to confirm whether it’s your profile (refer below). If it’s not your account, contact our Contact Center at 03-2178 8888.
