1. What is Account Summary?

Account Summary is the first page you’ll see after you login which displays all your AmBank accounts.

2. How do I view my account details?
  • Select the account you want to view the detail in Account Summary page
  • Click on the top of account name example SA Basic to view your account details
3. Can I print the Transaction Receipt from AmOnline?

Yes, you can print the Transaction Receipt from AmOnline . Please refer the following steps:

  • First login into your AmOnline and click the account you want to print the receipt.
  • Click the “AmOnline History” and select option on the right to “Download receipt” or “Print receipt”.
4. How do I view my transaction History?

Select the account you want to view the Transaction History example SA Basic and click on the top of account name.

5. How long my transaction will be recorded in Transaction History view?

All transaction will store as below:

  • CASA –up to 3 months
  • eFD / FD –up to 25 month
  • Credit Card –up to 3 months
  • NexG/Prepaid Card– up to 3 months
  • Mortgage –up to 12 months
  • Hire Purchase –up to 12 months
  • Personal Loan –up to 12 months
6. Can I print the Transaction History from AmOnline?

Yes, you can print the Transaction History from AmOnline. Please refer the following steps:

  • First login into your AmOnline and click the account you want to print the Transaction History.
  • Click on the “Transaction History”.
  • Scroll down and click on “Download” to print the Transaction History.
7. Why are some of my accounts not showing in Account Summary?

If you had registered your AmOnline using your Current / Saving account, all your other accounts with AmBank will be automatically pulled and display in your AmOnline. If you have registered with accounts other than your Current/Savings account, please refer to the table below:

 

8. Can I Link my Account in AmOnline?

Yes, you can link your account in AmOnline . Please refer the following steps:

  • Login into your AmOnline. After you’ve login into your AmOnline, select “Settings” then “Accounts”. Click “Link an Account”.
  • Select Account you want to link from “ACCOUNT/CARD TYPE” drop down list and key in the account details. Then “Request TAC” for verifications and select “Next” to link your account.
9. Can I Hide my Account in AmOnline?

Yes, you can hide your account in AmOnline. Please refer the following steps:

  • Login into your AmOnline. After you’ve login into your AmOnline, select “Settings” then “Accounts”.
  • Scroll down to choose the account you want to hide. Then, click on the “show” button to switch it to ‘hide’.
