Eligibility
Open to Government, Semi-Government Agencies, Royal Malaysian Police and Government-Linked Companies' employees between 19 to 58 years of age.
Minimum 3 months of steady employment (2 years if under contract) with monthly deduction not exceeding 60% of the gross salary.

Documents required
- 3 copies of identity card, to be verified by employer
- 3 copies of birth certificate/birth verification letter and police identity card, to be verified by employer (for members of Royal Malaysian Police only)
- 1 original pay slip (latest) and 2 copies of the same, to be verified by employer
- 1 copy of Savings passbook (active account and front page only with customer's details)
