You can register your account(s) that are maintained within AmBank at “Register Account” function. Once registered, you will not be required to key in the account number for future repayment(s).
2. Where do I make repayment to third party account(s) that has been registered?
You can make repayment(s) at “My Registered” function to any registered account(s).
3. What about repayment to my own account(s)?
You can make repayment(s) to your own account(s) at “My Accounts” function. Your own account(s) which has not been linked into AmOnline will be considered as your third party account(s).
4. Can I make a repayment for Credit Card / Prepaid Card / Consumer Loans / Hire Purchase Account(s) on an ad hoc basis?
Yes, you can make repayment(s) at “Oneoff” function for ad hoc basis. It is not necessary to register account(s) for repayment(s).
5. I would be going overseas and will only be back in 6 months' time. How can I make arrangements to ensure that my Hire Purchase Account is promptly paid for the next 6 months?
You can schedule a recurring payment(s) to your Hire Purchase Account at “For Future” function in a monthly basis.
6. Where can I view my scheduled future dated repayment(s)?
You can view the status of your scheduled future dated repayment(s) at “Pending” function.
7. How do I view the details of my past repayment(s) transaction?
You can view your latest 12 months’ repayments transactions at “Past” function.
