This AmOnline service allows you to view the summary, details and transaction history of your account(s) maintained with AmBank Group.

1. How do I link or unlink my account(s)?
You can link or unlink your account(s) at “Update My Profile – Link / UnLink Accounts” function and fill in the necessary information required to link or unlink your account(s). DEMO

Linking and Unlinking of account(s) will take effect immediately except for Unit Trust Account(s) and Insurance Policies which take three working days to take effect.
2. What should I do if my account(s) shows that it is dormant or inactive?
You are advised to call our Contact Centre at (603) 2178 8888 for further information. 
3. What is e-Statement?
e-Statement is an online monthly statement available for AmStar Extreme Current Account and Family First Account Holders. However, you can also check your statement inquiry for your Current Account(s). You can click here to view the sample of e-Statement.
4. What is CSV Download?
The CSV (“Comma Separated Value") file format is often used to exchange data between disparate applications. Our CSV download is for any customer who wishes to download the transaction history as seen on your screen for later viewing or other purposes. You can use Microsoft Word or Excel and any word or spreadsheet program which support CSV file format to open the file.
