AmOnline Prepaid Top Up is a web-based portal service where AmOnline customers can top up their existing prepaid accounts / services of various products; ranging from Mobile Phone Prepaid to Online Gaming Prepaid.
2. Who can use AmOnline Prepaid Top Up?
All AmOnline customers with Savings accounts, Current accounts, Credit Cards or Prepaid Cards can use this facility.
3. Is AmOnline Prepaid Top Up service available 24 hours a day?
AmOnline Prepaid Top Up service is available daily from 6.00am to 11.45pm.
4. How do I get the prepaid products that I have purchased through AmOnline Prepaid Top Up service?
Mobile phone Prepaid Top Up will be credited to your mobile phone number, and other Prepaid Top Up products, such as Internet / STD/ IDD will have its product serial number sent to you via SMS.
5. Do I need to register my prepaid recipient details before using AmOnline Prepaid Top Up service?
No, it is not necessary. You may make purchases to any of the offered prepaid top up products using "Oneoff" function. However, if you would purchase the same Prepaid Top Up product regularly, it is advisable to register your recipient details in "Manage Prepaid Top Up".
6. Do I need TAC to purchase a prepaid top up via AmOnline Prepaid Top Up?
Yes, you need TAC to purchase a non-registered Prepaid Top Up. However, if you have a registered Prepaid Top Up, TAC is not required when purchasing.
7. Where can I register my Prepaid Top Up recipient's details?
You can register your recipient’s details in "Manage Prepaid Top Up". Here, you may also view, edit or delete your list of prepaid(s).
8. How long is the processing time for AmOnline Prepaid Top Up service?
Mobile phone Prepaid Top Up will be credited to the mobile phone number submitted and other Prepaid Top Up products, such as Internet / STD/ IDD will have its product serial number sent to your mobile phone via SMS *
instantly.
*Note: Varies depending on the service availability of Mobile Service Provider.
9. What is the daily transaction limit for AmOnline Prepaid Top Up?
Prepaid Top Up Daily Limit and Bill Payment Transaction Daily Limit share the same Global (default) Daily Limit; i.e. RM5000. Should you exceed the daily limit performing bill payment transactions, you may not able to purchase a prepaid top up, and vise versa.
10. Will I be charged for using AmOnline Prepaid Top Up service?
AmOnline Prepaid Top Up service is absolutely free of charge for all AmOnline customers.
11. What should I do if I did not receive the Prepaid Top Up product I requested through AmOnline Prepaid Top Up?
If you did not receive the Prepaid Top Up product within 5 minutes, kindly contact our AmBank Contact Centre at 1300 80 8888 (Domestic) or (603) 2178 8888 (Overseas) for assistance.
12. What if I entered an invalid / wrong mobile phone number by mistake?
All successful transactions are non-refundable. Please ensure that you have provided all the necessary information correctly before submitting your request.
